c3 cohorts

C3 Cohorts are our newest initiative designed to connect, empower, and strengthen ministry teams across our region. These digital gatherings provide a space for your staff and key ministry leaders/voluneers to connect with others in similar roles, share insights, and collaborate to build stronger C3 culture, teams, and churches.  Our goal is to create environments that invite all participants to add value to the conversation.

Cohorts meet via Zoom every 2-3 months. We are currently offering cohorts for Finance, Kids Ministry, Production, Worship and Youth, with plans to launch more in the future.
