FAQs
When is the best time to fly into Atlanta Airport?
The Atlanta Airport is one of the best and will be a great destination airport for you! We want to make sure you have the best travel experience, so we highly recommend flying into Atlanta no later than 2pm. Atlanta traffic is infamous and you could be stuck if you arrive any later!
Will I need to rent a car while I’m in Atlanta?
Yes! You will need to rent a car to get from your hotel to C3 Church Atlanta – 1065 Walther Blvd. Lawrenceville, GA 30043. There are plenty of car rental agencies (including Turo – airbnb for cars) in the area.
What’s the schedule look like?
We are finalizing a detailed schedule, but for now, conference will begin at 4pm on Wednesday night and end around 8pm on Friday night. Please know that these times might change!
Will I be serving at this conference?
Will there be food available at the conference?
We will have snacks at our pre-parties each evening and, of course, coffee for every session. You will be responsible for your own meals throughout the conference.
Will there be a mother’s lounge available?
Yes! We also have a Family Room available. Sessions will be live-streamed into both rooms. Please note: this is for small infants only.
Are kids allowed to come to conference?
We will not have a formal kids conference for this gathering. We will have childcare available for 4 months – 5th grade, however, please know that this is simply babysitting! We can only accommodate a small number of children and space will be given on a first-registered, first-served basis. Childcare is $99 per child for the first 2 children, then $79 for each additional child. You can register your kids on your registration form!
