Pastors Meet-Up – June LA

Join us in Los Angeles for two inspiring days of connection, encouragement, and leadership development hosted by C3 Americas at Cathedral during their Holy Spirit Conference (the HSC starts the evening of Wednesday, June 18). As pastors and ministry leaders, we know how valuable it is to pause, gather with peers, and refocus on the call. These daytime sessions are designed to refresh your spirit, spark new ideas, and build meaningful relationships with others in ministry.

What to Expect:
• Daytime gatherings on Thursday, June 19, and Friday, June 20
• Connection with fellow pastors and leaders
• Spirit-led encouragement, practical insights, and fresh perspective

All Pastors Meet-Up sessions will take place during the daytime, intentionally scheduled to allow you to also attend Cathedral’s Holy Spirit Conference in the evenings. It’s the perfect pairing: meaningful leadership conversations by day, powerful worship and ministry at night.

how much does it cost?

The Early Bird rate is $75 and ends April 29, 2025.

Full price registration is $125 through May 19, 2025.

Late registration runs through the event at $150.

Is it at the same venue at C3 LA/CATHEDRAL HSC?

No. Pastors Meet-Up will be held at the Highland Park location of Cathedral: 6408 Ruby St, Highland Park, CA 90042.

Cathedral’s HSC will be held at Glendale City Church, 610 E California Ave, Glendale, CA 91206.

where should I stay?

Cathedral has arranged a group rate at The Glenmark, Glendale, for $299 per night. Click here to book your room!

Alternatively, The Langham + Hotel Dena are nearby and also good hotel options, however there is not a block rate at either of those properties.

Is transportation included?

No, all transportation and related logistics will be the attendees’ responsibility.

Is there childcare?
