COHORTS – C3 Americas

C3 COHORTS

C3 Cohorts are designed to connect, empower, and strengthen ministry teams across our region. These ongoing digital gatherings create space for staff and key ministry leaders and volunteers to build relationships with others serving in similar roles, share ideas and insights, troubleshoot challenges, and collaborate toward healthier teams and stronger churches.

Our goal is to create environments where everyone brings something to the table—learning from one another, sharing what’s working, and building meaningful relational equity across our C3 movement!

Cohorts meet via Zoom once a quarter, creating a consistent rhythm for connection, collaboration, and growth. We currently offer cohorts for Kids Ministry, Worship, People & Pathways, Production, and Youth Ministry, with plans to launch the following new cohorts in 2027: Connect Groups, Exec/Associate Pastors, Pastoral Care, and Executive/Administrative Assistants.

I feel so grateful for C3 Americas oversight and the intentionality invested into us as a worship cohort! The most impactful part about these cohorts is finally being "in a room" with people who are in the same boat as you speaking the language that sometimes feels foreign to peers within the team that I am on. It is also so inspiring to hear how people are stewarding their team and what is most important to their pastors and how that plays out in the worship context!

Our time together in the Kids Cohort has allowed us to learn more about how things are going in each other's ministries and how they are leading strong and building their teams!

Cohorts have been an absolute game-changer for me! Getting to learn from others about how they tackle different aspects of production and discovering fresh approaches has been incredibly inspiring. But what I love the most, is building amazing relationships with my extended C3 production family. It’s such an uplifting reminder that we’re in this together, and I couldn’t be more grateful! I'm wondering why I never contacted these guys sooner! Seriously, they all have commendable talent in their respective fields and knocked my concept out of the ballpark. Thanks for an amazing experience!

The youth cohort is where it’s at! My husband and I are the youth pastors at our church and have loved being a part of the C3 Americas youth cohort crew! It’s been so great connecting with others across the region, both online and in person. We’re super thankful for the friendships we’ve made and the fruit that’s come from all the collaborations!
